The purchase price of $___________will be paid in full when purchaser takes possession of the cat/kitten. This kitten is purchased for: Pet______ Breeder_______ Show_______

The cat/kitten will live inside and have sanitary living conditions, nutritious food, fresh water, and clean litter at all times. Violation of these conditions voids any health guarantee.

Purchaser will keep cat/kitten free of parasites and fungus. The cat/kitten will be examined by a licensed veterinarian if he/she becomes sick; yearly vaccinations should also be administered by a licensed veterinarian.

Purchaser agrees to spay/neuter kitten on or before seven months of age if purchased as a pet; licensed veterinarian will determine appropriate age.

Purchaser has 3 days (72 hours) to return the cat/kitten, at the purchasers expense, if after being examined by a licensed veterinarian, the health is found to be unsatisfactory. This vet must furnish the breeder with a written diagnosis within the 3 days.

Breeder (Willowbree) will replace the cat/kitten or refund the original selling price of the cat/kitten only. Health certificates, exams, test, vaccines, and veterinary expenses are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All sales are final after 3 days (72 hrs).

A kitten that becomes permanently ill with non-treatable, life threatening disease, believed hereditary, will be replaced when available. Breeder must receive a written report by a licensed veterinarian or autopsy report, proving the cause of such illness or death was a result of a hereditary disease (such as congenital heart defects). Breeders liability for such defects are limited to one year of age.

Seller makes no guarantee that this kitten if bought as a breeder will produce offspring as there is no way to determine this. Buyer is paying for the right to breed. A kitten bought as a show kitten must be shown in the proper manner to attain it’s title.

This cat/kitten has been checked by a licensed veterinarian and inoculated against Rhinotracheitis, Panleukipenia,Chiamydia,and Calicivirus. Booster due__________________. (Cattery is felv-leukemia negative). Adult Cats are all inoculated against felv-leukemia.
